Ron DeGasperis, Senior Vice President at Solomon Page, has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. He has a consistent track record in leading start up divisions and growing staffing businesses throughout his career. 

Since joining Solomon Page in 2008, Ron has developed new territories throughout the US, further expanding Solomon Page's trusted brand and has attained substantial revenue growth. Ron also manages Solomon Page’s National Accounts team, providing contingent temporary staffing solutions for companies throughout the country. He holds a BA in Business from Pace University.

Marlo Devir, Managing Director - Healthcare Staffing at Solomon Page, brings over 10 years’ experience in the staffing industry. She focuses on supplemental healthcare staffing to support short-term coverage disruptions or larger project-based staffing changes. Helping hospitals to plan for, and manage, changes in their workforce is a focus for Marlo and the team across all specialties.
 

Prior to her work within Healthcare Staffing, Marlo managed portfolios and transactions for commercial and corporate real estate. She holds a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law and is a competitive tennis player and sports junkie.
