David Iannucci, Managing Director of Solomon Page Clinical Resource Network (CRN), has nearly 20 years of experience in the resourcing solutions industry, including thirteen years focused on the clinical research industry. He has worked with CRN since 2004 and in that time has been instrumental in achieving significant sales growth. David has expanded CRN's client base and demonstrated an ability to seek out and create innovative solutions to overcome the challenging resourcing needs of CRN’s clients.
David started his career as an IT Recruiter in 1996 and was quickly promoted into Business Development and Branch Management for a Large Staffing Company. David moved into the Clinical niche in 2002 and has built a solid reputation in the industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Mercy College.
Alyson Schlosser, Managing Director of Solomon Page Clinical Resource Network (CRN), has approximately twenty (20) years of experience in the clinical research recruiting industry, providing primarily contract clinical research professionals for Phase I – IV clinical trials to pharmaceutical and biotech companies as well as to clinical research organizations. In addition to co-founding CRN for Solomon Page in 2002, Alyson previously was the Vice President of Recruiting with Managed Clinical Solutions, a clinical research staffing provider for clinical trials.
Prior to her recruiting career, Alyson worked for a network of HMOs working on quality improvement initiatives and the development of the HEDIS tool, designed to measure quality of care and service amongst health plans. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Rochester and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University.
Sean Gerstenlauer is the Vice President and Managing Director of the San Francisco, CA branch of Clinical Resource Network, overseeing Business Development and Solutions delivery in this region.
Sean has seventeen years of experience in Clinical Research Outsourcing and Staffing, building and leading teams and partnering with the most innovative drug and device sponsors in the Bay Area to help them achieve their hiring objectives.
Sean is a native San Franciscan, and in his prior role lead Business Development and Recruitment teams as a Vice President with Advanced Clinical. Sean is a recognized sales leader in the industry, with a results-oriented approach combining strategic acumen, tactical expertise, and strong communication skills.
