Gregg Gavioli
Managing Director Accounting & Financial Operations

Gregg Gavioli is an established leader in the financial recruitment industry. For over 17 years, companies have trusted Gregg and his team to acquire their finance talent. He personally maintains a diverse, top tier client base, ensuring high caliber placement of accounting, finance, and operations professionals on a contract and direct hire basis. Additionally, Gregg is a key relationship manager for many of the practice’s major accounts. Gregg recruited, trained, and grew the practice’s large client service and recruiting team, with a focus on sourcing temporary talent for Solomon Page’s clients.

Since joining the firm in 2006, Gregg has helped build the practice by significantly increasing consultant headcount and revenue. He prides himself on the practice’s extremely high employee retention rate. Gregg is responsible for practices in New York City, New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut, California, and also oversees Solomon Page’s National Accounts recruiting team.

In 2015 Gregg launched our extremely successful National Accounts recruitment team, which was built to work with clients who have a National Presence along with an established vendor management program. In 2016 Gregg helped successfully design and launch the firms first “on premise” Managed Service Program for contingent labor for one of New York’s most prestigious companies.

Ron DeGasperis
Managing Director

Ron DeGasperis, Senior Vice President of Solomon Page’s Accounting & Finance division, has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. He has a consistent track record in leading start up divisions and growing staffing businesses throughout his career. 

Since joining Solomon Page in 2008, Ron has developed new territories throughout the US, further expanding Solomon Page's trusted brand and has attained substantial revenue growth. Ron also manages Solomon Page’s National Accounts team, providing contingent temporary staffing solutions for companies throughout the country. He holds a BA in Business from Pace University.

Tim Calley
Managing Director

Tim Calley is the Managing Director for the Solomon Page West Coast Executive Search practice. Tim and his team are a valuable resource to companies who are looking to hire top quality executives up and down the West Coast. Tim is viewed as an integral part to his clients strategic staffing plans and is frequently brought in on confidential high-level searches where discretion is required.

Tim graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and spent 15 years as an Investment Management Professional with some of the country’s largest wealth management companies. For the last 13 years he has been an executive search professional based in the Southern California market. Tim is happily married to his wife Jennifer and together they have four children.
