NEW YORK, NY, April 19, 2017 – Solomon Page, a specialty niche provider of staffing solutions and executive search, announced the addition of Julie Favetta and Wendy Sullivan to support the recently launched Legal Services Division. This rounds out the company’s service offerings to seven functional divisions and seven industry divisions.
Favetta and Sullivan, with a combined thirty years of experience servicing legal staffing, join Solomon Page at an opportune time. Favetta, East Coast Managing Director, and Sullivan, West Coast Managing Director, are both focused on accelerating the document review and managed review service offerings, along with contract legal staffing.
“It’s no secret that digital technology has transformed the document review process, and law firms and corporations have shifted their focus to outsourcing,” said Lloyd Solomon, Founder and Managing Director, Solomon Page. “What has been missing is the lack of customer service with the solutions provided. With Favetta and Sullivan in place, we’re better equipped to continually improve our company offerings and strategic partnerships, enabling law firms and corporate legal departments to more efficiently succeed nationwide.”
To address the expansion of service offerings, Solomon Page increased its presence in California with the opening of the Los Angeles office. The office, located at 515 S. Flower Street, is the tenth office location for the company and will house the West Coast Legal Services team along with a dedicated space for Managed Document Review. Furthermore, legal recruiting and back office teams supporting the launch have been added on the East and West Coasts.
“I’m joining the Solomon Page executive team at a true industry inflection point,” says Favetta. “As a team, Wendy and I will work to build customizable client solutions in an ever-changing industry. With the resources of a large company but the agility of a small firm, Solomon Page is the perfect partner for this journey. ”
“Our goal in launching this division is to bring personal service back to the forefront of legal staffing, which has been absent in recent years,” adds Sullivan. “The new Los Angeles office offers accessibility of this service offering to the California market.”
